Please review these policies before any in-person services. This set of policies are for in-person services only

Please wash or sanitize your hands upon entry to the studio

You must reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household feel ill or are sick.

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments are to be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time
*late cancellations or rescheduling (less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment) will be required to pay 50% of scheduled service to continue booking* -
No shows will be required to pay 100% of scheduled appointment to continue booking
*if you no show an appointment you will be blocked from booking with me in the future!* -
Late arrivals up to 10 minutes may result in simplification of nails (solid colour, simple design...) *anything after 15 minutes will be considered a no show and automatically canceled*

Please do not arrive early!
*I thoroughly clean and sanitize after every service and need adequate time to do so* -
If 4 or more nails are broken when coming back in for a fill, you will be charged for a new full set of nails

There are no extra guests allowed in the studio - only those receiving services *no children allowed*

To ensure best retention and quality I do not work over other nails techs work
* please either come with fresh clean nails or book a removal and new set* -
No refunds!
*I will do anything in my power to fix any problems, chips, nicks, missing nails or any issues you may have with your nails if I am notified within the first 7 days after your appointment* -
I have the right to refuse service for any reason I may deem fit
*frequent cancellations, reschedules, no shows, or any failures to comply with my business policies* -
I reserve the right to only service those 16 years and older to any kind of hard gel or extension services*without the proper understanding and know-how to care for nail enhancements it can cause damage to nails and nail beds by picking and peeling. Young children also tend to have oily nail beds resulting in improper adhesion*

Made By Moonlight accepts payments via prepayment while booking online, manual card entry, cash or e-transfer in person. *E-transfers must be sent and confirmed before leaving the studio*

No refunds, returns or exchanges on any items
*All items are hand made products and are final sales as they are all individually custom made and cannot be re-sold or re-worn for hygienic reasons*​ -
